Payment Terms:

We only accept Paypal at the moment. You can sign up for free Paypal account at www.paypal.com

Paypal is the safe way to pay for your purchases & it also offer fraud protection to both Buyer & Seller.

Shipping Terms:

All our orders will be processed & dispatched within 3 working days from our supplier based in Asia as soon as we have received your payment. Delivery time takes approximately 7 to 12 working days. You will be notified via email as soon as your items has been dispatched. If you have made your purchase after 10 Dec 2007, you understand that your item may arrive only after Christmas, or on January 2008. 

Warranty & Return Policy:

All sales are final. Due to low profit margin, we only accept the return for manufacturer's defective merchandise. Return must be made within 7 days of merchandise received. In case defective merchandise is received, you will be offered 1 to 1 exchange.

Buyers are responsible for the return postage, we will send you the new item immediately, free of postage charge, as soon as we have received your returned merchandise. Please email us to get your RMA# before returning to us. Manufacturer’s defect for branded merchandise, e.g. Wow Wee, Master Replicas, ITC & etc., buyer are responsible to contact the manufacturer for support. We will not take any return or exchange for those branded merchandise, as manufacturer themself will cover for the defective merchandise you received. You may wish to email us for manufacturer's contact information & we will assist you in every possible way that we can.

We do not accept return if the merchandise is damaged due to human negligence, or the returned merchandise is, upon inspection, found to be caused by misuse or human negligence.

At any point in time, should you wish to cancel your order after we have processed it, you shall understand that 25% of the total selling price is payable as an admin & cancellation's fee.

We reserve the rights to cancel or reject any orders, without prior notice.  In the event of cancellation or rejection, we will refund the amount paid for the respective merchandise.

Pre-order Terms:

For pre-order, you understand that you will need to pay the full amount upfront to confirm your order. Your order will be shipped as soon as our goods have arrived. You will be updated regarding the status via email.

Shipment date is always subject to manufacturer's allocation. We will provide the estimated date of arrival in the product description, however, should manufacturer change their plan of releasing date or due to certain reason that our shipment has been delayed by the manufacturer, you shall agree to the reasonable time & reason of delay, given by the manufacturer. You will always be inform if that really happen.

Should you wish to cancel your pre-order later on, you shall understand that 25% of the total selling price is payable as an admin & cancellation's fee.

Misc Terms:

If applicable, all free items with your purchases may or may not come with the manufacturer's packaging. However, we guarantee that all free items are brand new and unused.
